Please provide an example of how your nominee displays an "Giving it Our All" mentality.
Brandon constantly impresses me by how deep he is willing to dive into any situation. His knowledge of products, end to end testing and Jira are just a few examples of how he throws himself all in to learn as much as possible. This knowledge fuels Brandon to ask relevant questions in a timely manner that often cover missed angles or viewpoints and allow for a more extensive QA process.

Please provide an example of how your nominee practices "Opening Ourselves up to Everybody."
Brandon has a wealth of knowledge and he does not shy away from sharing his learnings, documenting his findings and being open and available for any and all questions. Recently he assisted in creating Jira automation for ticket creation for a portfolio that he isn't the program manager for. They reached out for help and Brandon was available and walked them through the process and helped test the automation to make sure it worked as intended.

Please provide an example of how your nominee embodies "Working for Others."
Brandon has a remarkable skill of making everyone he talks with feel like a valued customer of his services; whether it be the knowledge sharing or physical services like Jira automation. He is patient and doesn't rush conversations but also knows how to guide the conversation by actively listening and engaging with every interaction. To him, it doesn't matter if you are directly on his team, if you need assistance and he has an answer or possible solution or guidance that may be useful he will find a kind, thoughtful way to pass the information on.

Please provide an example of how your nominee displays their "Hustle Like a Boss" orientation.
Brandon is on top of his game. He knows his products, his stakeholders, his processes, the data, the testing, everything. And if he doesn't know it he will research it until he understands it well enough to answer questions. He knows how to keep people informed without duplicating effort and he is always ready to discuss timelines of expectations to make sure he is never a bottleneck and always at least a step ahead.

Is there any other consideration or feedback you would like to share about your nominee?
Brandon is a consistently high performer. He naturally sets a high standard for great program execution and he is a constantly a point of reference of how something has been done successfully. He is an amazing team mate and I count myself so lucky to be able to learn from him. He is a wonderful mentor, even if that title has never been given. He has truly inspired me to dig deeper, learn more, and to automate as much as makes sense!
